Our expertise centers on the development of advanced prosthetic technologies, with a primary focus on solutions for individuals with upper-limb loss. To design adaptive and responsive upper-limb prostheses, we rely on empirical data derived from a comprehensive range of kinematic and kinetic measurements. This approach allows us to create personalized musculoskeletal models for each user, enabling a informed selection of mechatronic components that best suit their prosthetic needs.
We are equipped with state-of-the-art facilities, including multi-material 3D printers, motion capture systems, and a variety of underactuated end-effectors, allowing us to manage the entire process—from ideation and design to rapid prototyping—entirely in-house. Our close collaboration with healthcare professionals and clinicians ensures that our innovations are clinically relevant and aligned with real-world rehabilitative and clinical care practices. Beyond developing cutting-edge prosthetic solutions, our mission is to empower individuals with upper-limb loss to live more independent and fulfilling lives.
