In the week of 28 June to 2 July, the joint Academic Workshop of the two robotics centres of Imperial College London and Technische Universität München took place. A total of 95 participants, from Principal Investigator to PhD student, took part in the 4 workshop days. While the 10-minute short presentations on days 1-4 were mainly aimed at getting to know each other and exchanging information on the research areas "Home Robotics", "Hospital Robotics", "Perception & Interaction" and "Locomotion", day 5 focused on the concrete launch of strategic initiatives.

In addition to many individual cooperation interests between the PIs, joint applications for EU H2020 calls and the joint implementation of a summer school in October 2021 were agreed upon.
